Lindsie Chrisley’s Boyfriend Arrested on Strangulation Charge, as Bloody Mugsho* Released: ‘Not Going Anywhere’

David Landsman has been arrested on charges of misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault/strangulation

The boyfriend of Lindsie Chrisley has been arrested in connection with a reported incident, according to authorities. Officials say the case is currently under investigation as more details emerge.
David Landsman was arrested on charges of misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault/strangulation, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
He was booked in the Cherokee County jail in Georgia on Friday, April 10, and has since been released.
According to the affidavit, Landsman allegedly committed aggravated assault by “assaulting with an object, device, or instrument which, when used offensively against a person, is likely to or actually does result in strangulation.”
Per the affidavit, Landman is accused of allegedly putting his right hand around a person’s neck. He then allegedly “applied pressure” and told the person they were “not going anywhere.”
Landman also allegedly pushed the person out of a Woodstock house, “causing [the person] to fall back and hit [their] head on the concrete.”

The alleged victim had blood coming from their head “due to a laceration caused by the fall,” according to the affidavit.
According to the Woodstock Police Department, police responded to the incident around 1 a.m. on April 10.
“When we have a case of that magnitude, our detectives conduct follow-ups and make sure the case is completely investigated,” Woodstock Police Department Captain Ron Sinfelt tells PEOPLE.
Landsman has yet to be formally charged by prosecutors.
Chrisley, a podcast host, is the daughter of Todd Chrisley. Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, were released from prison after President Donald Trump granted them full pardons last May.
The Chrisley Knows Best stars were found guilty of tax evasion and bank fraud in November 2022 and sentenced to a combined 19 years, although that was later reduced by about two years each.
Trump said Todd and Julie were “given a pretty harsh treatment, based on what I’m hearing.”
